6 6. Direct Payment of Educational Fees

To promote transparency and ensure that approved assistance is used for educational purposes, the Trust may make payments directly to the relevant educational institution, university, college, school, hostel, examination authority, training provider, or other approved academic service provider.

Important Conditions:

  • Financial assistance is subject to approval by the Trust.
  • The approved amount may be less than the amount requested.
  • The Trust is not obligated to cover the full educational expense.
  • Assistance may be paid in instalments or according to an approved payment schedule.
  • The Trust may decline to pay unverified or unsupported expenses.
  • Direct payment may depend on the availability of accurate institution payment details.
  • The Trust may maintain records and proof of payment for transparency and audit purposes.

Unless expressly approved by the Trust under exceptional circumstances, educational assistance will not be transferred directly to the student's personal bank account.

7 7. Donations

Users may voluntarily contribute to support the educational objectives of the Trust. By making a donation, the donor confirms that:

  • The information provided during the transaction is accurate.
  • The donor is legally authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • The donation is made voluntarily.
  • The donor understands the purpose for which the contribution is being collected.
  • The donor understands that the Trust may allocate available funds according to verified educational needs and its stated objectives.
  • A donation does not create a contractual obligation for the Trust to provide assistance to a specific student unless explicitly agreed in writing.

The Trust may decline or review any donation where fraud, unauthorised payment activity, legal restrictions, or other concerns are identified.

8 8. Donation Transparency

The Trust is committed to maintaining reasonable transparency regarding the use of funds.

Donations may be used for approved educational purposes in accordance with the Trust's objectives and policies. Where a student's educational assistance is approved, the Trust may make the payment directly to the relevant educational institution or approved service provider.

The Trust may maintain internal records relating to:

  • Donations received
  • Approved beneficiaries
  • Fee verification
  • Payments made to institutions
  • Transaction references
  • Supporting financial docs

The publication or disclosure of beneficiary information will be subject to privacy, consent, legal requirements, and the Trust's policies.

9 9. Payment Gateway

Online payments and donations may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

The Trust does not collect or store complete card credentials, CVV numbers, PINs, or other sensitive payment authentication information on its own systems. Users are required to accept the applicable terms of the payment gateway provider.

10 10. Donation Refunds

Donations are generally voluntary contributions made to support educational and charitable objectives.

If a donor believes a payment was made in error, contact us at support@sindhikumsamugam.com with transaction details for review.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

11 11. No Guarantee of Assistance

The availability of student assistance depends on available donations, number of applications, eligibility, and verification results. The Trust does not guarantee that every student who applies will receive assistance.

Users must not submit false information, impersonate others, upload forged documents, interfere with website security, or use the website for unlawful purposes. The Trust may restrict access where misuse occurs.
